How to Submit a TD

To submit a TD, the Author(s) must:

  • request a TD number within the deadline specified;
  • prepare a PDF file containing the document to be presented, with a proper cover page;
  • send the PDF file within the deadline specified.

Instructions on the various steps are given below. 



If you intend to ask for a TD number, please go to the Members' Area and select "TD Submission". Then, simply fill the form with all the data requested.

The "TD Submission" page for the TD number request will be active from December 16th to February 2nd.



Please, download and then open Within it, you will find 3 files:

  • CoverPage.sty: this LaTeX package must be used to edit the cover page of every COST2100 TD. This package is the same used for the COST273 Action.
  • CoverPage_COST2100.doc: this is the same of CoverPage.sty for those intending to use Word to edit their TD.
  • CoverPage_COST2100_explained.pdf: this file contains information regarding how to fill the cover page.



The final submission of a TD must be performed via mail after receiving the TD number and no later than February 9th.

To submit your TD, please send an email with subject "COST2100 - TD Submission" to the secretariat having care of including the TD number previously assigned and the full TD in PDF format.
